What is Meridian Pay?

Meridian Pay is the payment layer that connects USDC stablecoins to real-world Visa card spending. It's the infrastructure that powers every Meridian Card — handling the conversion from crypto to fiat so your agents can pay for anything online without friction.

Built on Stripe Issuing for card issuance and Circle's CCTP (Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol) for cross-chain USDC movement, Meridian Pay handles every step between a crypto wallet and a Visa-accepted merchant — seamlessly and automatically.

How it works

Three steps from USDC to spending:

Fund with USDC. Deposit USDC from Ethereum, Base, or Solana. Circle's CCTP bridges funds across chains automatically — no manual bridging required.

Meridian Pay converts to fiat. Your USDC is converted to GBP or EUR via Circle at the current market rate. A 1% conversion fee applies. Funds settle instantly.

Spend on your virtual cards. Converted funds are available immediately on any virtual Visa card you've issued. Use them anywhere Visa is accepted online — no delay, no dashboard required.

Meridian Pay exposes a full REST API and supports the MCP protocol, giving developers programmatic control over the entire payment lifecycle.
